Can’t get a hold of anybody

Cant get a hold of anybody. I have been on the phone for close to two hours trying to get a hold of customer service for Jim Beam. And I keep getting the runaround with people giving me different numbers to call and Ive got at least six different numbers and still have not talk to anybody from customer service.

Tried several times to contact Beam/Pinnacle trying to find a product. Never received even a courtesy call or email.

User's recommendation: Forget contacting Pinnacle/Beam you are waisting your time.

I bought a bottle of Jim Beam 1.75 mL and I noticed after theyre open that there was stuff floating in my bottle so therefore we did not drink it and it cost me $60 and I would like to have a full refund and my contact information is phone number is 814-327-**** and my email is Randyleonard965@***d. None of the package stores around here can get the Jim Beam products can you please tell me where I can get some or can I order it straight from the company and sent to my home

Lack of product

I live in Waycross Georgia been trying to get a hold of some Jim Beam Honey but no one around here seems to be able to get it is it a problem with our Distribution Center or are you out of the good stuff

Lack of mail in rebate coupon at retailer. Advertised price of 1.75L bottle of Jim Beam Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey was $31.09 before $7 mail-in rebate. Retailer was out of rebate coupons.
